I've had this dream so many times now I can't even remember if it's really a dream or just another acid flashback.
(And in reply to Lanz's comment: Actually, this goes on in dozens of cities worldwide every January 10th. I don't believe anyone has been arrested for it yet.)
Yeah, I know about it, Gen. But I was desperate for a caption!
(As it happens, I was actually on the subway in NYC that day, and I didn't see anybody in their underwear.)
"Thirty-fourth street...kitchen equipment, small electronics, men's and women's pants, next stop."
