Things are looking grim for the Bush administration. The revelations in this latest National Intelligence Estimate have summoned forth Penalty Man to wreak a horrible vengeance.
Intoxicated men in black wrestling masks and yellow skirts... It's nice to know that at least some things are getting back to normal in New Orleans.
